Malika Curry, LCPC
Malika brings a passion for workplace wellness, mental health advocacy, and employee support. She has 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) offering expertise in strategies to improve mood, prevent burnout, address substance abuse issues and manage workplace dynamics. Malika oversees the development and implementation of confidential counseling services, crisis intervention, and wellness programs that support employees in navigating personal and professional challenges. She collaborates with HR, leadership, and external providers to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being.

Senior Counselor
Mary Vincitore, MS, LCPC
Mary Vincitore has extensive experience in both human resources and mental health, dedicating over 20 years to advancing mental health practices across a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and medical and academic institutions. Throughout her career, she has provided services to individuals and groups, with a focus on trauma, relational conflict, and workplace dynamics. Her work is particularly geared toward supporting professionals in high-pressure roles and complex environments to enhance the mental well-being and performance of individuals and teams.

Senior Counselor
Gina Cook, LMSW
Gina earned her Masters of Social Work from University of Maryland and is experienced in helping people cope with mood disorders through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She helps clarify goals, identify barriers to wellness, and promotes well-being through skills training, behavioral strategies, and creative problem solving. Gina is committed to helping people overcome addiction issues and is effective amongst high-risk populations and healthcare professionals.

Rob White, LCPC
Rob manages the Mental Health Wellness Programs for the Department of Psychiatry. He is board-certified in addiction counseling and employee assistance and is licensed as a professional counselor.

Senior Counselor
Jamila Allouane, DSW, LCSW-C
Jamila is trained as a clinical social worker with cross-sector experience spanning healthcare, humanitarian aid, higher education, and employee assistance. She specializes in supporting employees in high-intensity work environments, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a focus on psychological well-being, workplace resilience, and access to responsive mental health support. Jamila holds a doctorate degree in social work (DSW) from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to English, she is also fluent in French and Arabic.

Amy Johnson, AA
Amy has been a part of the University System and the Administrative Assistant for the Mental Wellness Program for the past 35 years. She is invaluable and largely responsible for scheduling new appointments and general administrative duties.
